Shipping policy

For standard delivery, it will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Free delivery on orders £50.00 or over.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-3 working days, however sometimes it may be longer than that. We will send tracking reference numbers to each customer where possible so customers can follow the delivery via Royal Mail 'Track and Trace'.

Once items have been submitted for post, it is the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver it to the address provided. We are unable to change delivery details once items have been shipped.

Royal Mail may leave you a note if you aren't at home to sign for and receive your package. You may have to collect from a local Royal Mail sorting office; you are responsible to organise the collection and we will not be able to help as it will be in your name!
